Theyre not indie sure, but theyre their own company, not owned by bigger scum like EA, Activison, Ubisoft etc, they have full creative freedom

Tried it already but no results. But that only affects the texture quality, its texture filtering thats still is crappy after game loads all assets properly.

Do you notice how blurry the textures are on road surfaces in near distance ? I have tried it all, Ultra setting for texture filtering, running everything on Ultra and forcing 16x anisotropic filtering and Very High quality texture filtering in Nvidia control panel but still they look very blurry.

I get all my 4 cores maxed out in plenty of games from last few years that run in DX11 Also DX12 still sucks and gains are miniscule over 11

Not just the devs, their fanbase is dreadful aswell, they attacked in force to Mack from Worth a Buy on YouTube for calling out the game being pay 2 win.

I also still have 16:10 monitor, im more pissed when devs simply force us with 16:9 mode leaving us with black bars.

NFS Undergorund 2, Tomb Raider Legend, GTA 4, Crysis, Mirror's Edge, Mass Effect Also good thing classic GTA trilogy is on mobile now, plus Liberty City Stories, can play whenever i want.

I do miss some of my beloved PS1 games like Spyro, Medievil 2, maybe if i ever will have kids, i might get a PS1 in working state and introduce them to video gaming with PS1 classics like that meanwhile going down the memory lane myself.

Steam serves as a DRM, of course you cant launch the games that simply.

Catalyst is the 2nd one, the 2016 game. Andromeda's gameplay is fine, good action and exploration. It can be a pretty short game 14 - 18 hours if you only play main missions or an 70 - 80 hour long journey if you wanna do everything.

Mirror's Edge Catalyst, Mass Effect Andromeda, if you got the hardware for Hyper and Ultra settings these games look amazing imo Also Quantum Break gets overlooked a lot in terms of of its great visuals

Its 1440p, CPU shouldnt be the issue. Also FC4 is another half assed port by Ubisoft.

Maybe get a 200 - 250 Hz monitor, reduce the settings if you must, gameplay will feel like silk.
