    G900 I'd say

The QCK(+) is probably the most tried and used mouse pad available so ya know, there's probably a reason why so many people like it...

    So...what games do you play?
    Need macros?
    RGB?
    Hand size?
    Preferred grip?

Anyways, go to a store and try out different mice.  A G900 might be great for you or it might be horrible.  Popular mice : Zowie FK or EC series, Razer Deathadder, Logitech G303, G403, G502, G Pro, Steel Series Rival 300, Nixeus Revel, amd ,amy more.
Mouse pads are a matter of preference.  I have used the Steel Series QCK Heavy for several months and I love it.  Some prefer a faster mouse pad, some like them with dogs on them, etc...

Still a few things that need changing.
    Get the GSkill 2x16gb 3200mhz.
Do you really need the 512 HID approved drive?
Get the new huge power adapter 780w one instead.
Get rid of the EVOC logo.

turning SLI on and off doesn't impact battery life that I have ever found. The GPUs still are powered on. Just keeping em at idle is best, and less hassle.
    What is "load"?
1.5-2 hours, maybe 2.5 hours if you're lucky and set the machine well. For some odd reason my 7700K won't downclock at all, so I can't properly test that for you even if i wanted to.
Having a HDD installed and active will hurt battery life a bit more than a full SSD system.

You say price is not a factor? Then I'll fix your config:

960 Pro for OS drive over 960 EVO (MLC is best). Manually take the 850 EVO drive for your 1TB (unless you can afford the 960 EVO). Don't use the HID approved. The 3D V-NAND is worth it, I can't guarantee you'll get 3D V-NAND from their approved drives.  Why are you getting a second NVMe drive? Especially one that isn't known? 2TB 5400 RPM drives are very slow, they're only for storing large amounts of static files (like movies or pictures or videos). Do not use for games. They also will hurt your battery life. Message them and ask for G.Skill 3000MHz instead of 2800MHz. It'll cost a little more. Get a 3 year international warranty if not in the US. If in the US, get a normal 3 year warranty. You want it. Get the 8265ac wifi card instead of the killer. Also ask if they can install the bare drivers via device manager instead of the Pro/Set Wireless combination. Get the 780W PSU from them. It's worth it. You want it. I'm guaranteeing you that you want it. Forget the cooling pad, buy and modify a Notepal U3 if you want one Forget the backpack, buy (or select if they offer) an Everki Titan if you need one. Tell them, specifically, to only install Clevo Control Center *WITHOUT* XTU. You and your fans will thank me later. And that is that!

Yes. And for reference, please use the Clevo tags, P870KM1 and P870DM3. It's just alot easier when discussing Clevo laptops because Sager brands them differently, origin brands them differently, myth brands them as the phobos, and basically there's too many names.

And never buy from Origin LOL. Not laptops anyway. There is literally 0 reason to get it from them. 0. I literally challenge someone to find a reason. It's overpriced to hell, doesn't have the proper bios, you can get cheaper, better parts, better support elsewhere.

terms of custom thermal paste, the H100i has a pre applied layer of Corsair's custom thermal paste

case selection, with what you've got, any standard sized mid tower +  will work, so it's up to you to pick one you like,

cooling, well depending on how many preinstalled fans, you wouldn't be needing much, just enough to comfortable pull air in and. Push it out

build should last you many Years going forwards

don't buy from Amazon india ....... their price is stupidly high.
where you live in india? ..... if you live in metro cities you can find stores which sell pc parts, there u can find some good deals, for ex. if you live in delhi go to nehru place and if you live in mumbai go to lamington road.

if you can't buy offline then buy from ....

    primeabgb.com
    mdcomputers.in
    itdepot.com
    golchhait.com
    itwares.com

newegg would also be not a good idea as u have to pay a lot of shipping charges

also i would suggest you to go to r/IndianGaming if you are on Reddit as i have seen many people post their builds there, like yours, so they will surely help you where to find good deals.

AIO cpu cooler- Corsair h100i v2
You don't need to apply thermal paste on anything, it comes pre-applied aio cooler & this build is definitely future proof but if you want the latest then you have to wait for a couple of months for the kaby lake architecture (i7 7700k). But the performance difference won't be huge.
