  1. I have a new hard drive, an old case, and a strange problem. I have a Bitfenix Prodigy M with 4 3.5 inch drive mounting points, but they all use rubber vibration-damping screws and only mount to the bottom holes of the hard drive. I also have a high capacity WD Ultrastar drive that uses there new "Alternate" screw locations (figure 3 in https://support.wdc.com/images/kb/2579-810188-000_P02.pdf) my problem is I can only mount 2 screws at a time, and with the vibration-damping washers, they really lack the strength to prevent the hard drives from falling off the side mounts. I've found a lone article and one post about this situation (http://www.computer-answers.ca/2017/computer-questions/windows-questions/where-did-the-screw-holes-go-8-and-10-tb-hard-drive-mounting-issue/ and https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/wd-red-3-5-to-3-5-mounting-adapter.3185577/) but the solution they present is not applicable to me, as I have no side mounting brackets and I'm not using a mac pro. Has anyone solved a similar issue? I have not been able to find any 3.5 to 3.5 inch sleds that might fix this except for maybe a drive caddy for a Phanteks case, which wouldn't mount to my case.
