I would recommend  getting Beyer Dynamic, DT-770, 880 or 990's - if you don't have a amp, get 80/32 ohm version and a ModMic, best setup ever.. Last forever and can be repaired fully. All spare parts including different ear cups, drivers, new leather, screws you name it.

So I ended up getting Gigabyte M34WQ for 500 euros during black Friday. Its a very nice monitor. It being flat freaked out me a little because after a curved monitor it felt as if it was curved backwards. Its a freaky feeling that went away after playing for a few hours, but still. If people are used to more aggressive 2600R or even smaller, than a flat panel would be a no no.  For me though its absolutely fine.

The panel itself is top notch. I tuned it to be exactly like my old LG monitor, but with much nicer 1440p resolution. Gsync works absolutely fine, even though this monitor is not verified as "Gsync compatible"

Thank you very much for your suggestion.

I don't think there's ultrawide monitor with good VA quality apart from G9 which is way overkill.

Acer XV340CK is one of budget IPS UW released in 2020. I also notice there are more new monitors popping out like AOC U34G3X and Gigabyte M34WQ.

The only problem is they are all flat monitors so I'm not sure if you're fine with it.

EDIT: Typoed Gigabyte monitor, curse you monitor names

The whole RGB craze began around 5 or 6 years ago when Corsair and Razer showed off RGB mechanical boards at CES...2014 (I think). Then all hell let loose and every major PC brand started making their own RGB product lineup.

Before that PCs didn't have any RGB in them. Everyone used single color lights to illuminate the inside of his rustbucket Gaming PC. The most popular was blue for some reason.

As a matter of fact, she is a gamer. We met in a game. But as I said, my gaming laptop handles modern games at 1080p 60FPS without any issues, which is all we need. I just don't have time for going full hardcore mode on a high end gaming setup.

@Cvet76 Thanks for your reply. I'm a bit sleepy atm, hence my spelling mistakes. Also, English isn't my native language.

My reason for selling this setup is a happy one - I'm getting married. Yes PCMasterrace, I'm leave you because I've found someone special. Regular LTT Forum visitors have probably noticed my absence since late 2019.

I don't need the money "RIGHT NOW!". I simply don't need my rig anymore because I have no time for gaming and other things that require huge amount of PC power. I'm happy with my Helios 300 laptop.I would like to sell it before next gen GPUs and CPU come out and prices drop drastically.

I will follow your and @Fasauceome advice for pricing and cleaning (Not that my rig was ever extremely dirty).

    Thanks for help.

Depends which B450 board you have. Decent B450 boards will handle it without any issues. Cheaper B450 will struggle to run this CPU.

R5 2600 isn't particularly good for games that require strong single-core performance or high refresh rate gaming in general.

Most MMORPGs in my experience require super high single core performance. Black Desert, GW2, Aion and even WoW. And since R5 2600 doesn't have that, it won't run those games smoothly. If you want good performance, you will need 3600 with high overclock applied to it.

I wouldn;t recommend painting them. It will make the fans unbalanced and increase noise and wear on the bearings all leading to earlier failure of the fan.

PopsicleHustler got a reaction from dreamcast4599 in what load line level do i use for overclock
You usually want to set it in the middle. With 5 levels, I wouldn't go above 3 with that voltage because there is a chance that your vcore could spike way over 1.4 and kill your chip.
