I will look into a CPU upgrade this works for me for now raising the power target and temp target gave me a pretty steady boost. I will probably end up going with a 6600 K or is 6700 K depending on my budget. But I really appreciate the help!

I will look into overclocking but I am not sure I want to do that, I can live with 50-40 FPS until I order a new CPU thank you for the help. Will let you know how the new CPU changes things.

After raising power and temp limit i am getting a GPU Clock of 1923 mhz running at 50 FPS with dips down to 40.

The CPU stays at 90-97% load while playing and having chrome open, I will try to fine tune my GPU and report if there is any change, should I use MSI afterburner or the EVGA app? Maybe I can find a 1080p variant of my mods.

I can get 60 fps indoors but it will lag at points and dip to as low as 27-37 fps. If i need to uninstall my mods that is fine but sucks I can't play the game with them. It makes it look so much better. One mod I am using is true storms and 4$ Pipboy map, as well as seasons for fallout 4. I would think this GPU could handle it.

It is not overclocked I kept it at the default from EVGA, my CPU is an odd one the integrated GPU has never worked (I don't mind) but still kinda odd. Craigslist deals, I have set up a powermac G5 and two iMacs in Starbucks you get wired looks but I can't say it isn't fun.

I had my 980 ti EVGA sc for quite some time but sold it for my 1070 and now I am second guessing that maybe I can trade someone my 1070 for one. I think the Starbucks employees would lose it if we tripped the breakers, but i'm down haha. Wouldn't be the first time I set up a desktop in a Starbucks.

What is going on, so low FPS in fallout but it can run along side a i7 6700k seems legit.
