  1. I was playing League of Legends yesterday and I pressed a couple of keys around the Enter, Backspace and F keys area. For some reason the keyboard just outright stopped working for some reason. I have tried all USB ports on my computer, I have even tried just plugging the keyboard into a 5V power adapter and tried turning on the demo mode. So far nothing is working. I have bought they keyboard brand new, but not from a reseller, so I don't have the reseller stamp on my warranty card. I have already contacted them about the problem but I don't think that the warranty is active, so I would rather not waste my time sending a keyboard away and hassling with importing and exporting, as I don't live in the countries listed in the drop down list on the ducky warranty form. I have tried everything: holding Left Alt + Spacebar while plugging in the keyboard to the computer holding Right Alt + Spacebar while plugging in the keyboard to the computer holding the Z key while plugging in the keyboard into the computer holding the Z while the keyboard is plugged in flipping all of the DIP switches while the keyboard was unplugged (with a 15 second wait inbetween) doing all that with a different USB-C cable As I said, the keyboard is just not working at all. Windows does not recognize that the keyboard is plugged in at all. When I try to update the firmware through the Ducky RGB software does not recognize the keyboard either. The backlight does not work at all when I plug it in or while it's plugged in. The keyboard is a full size Ducky One 2 RGB backlit ISO version. Has anyone had this problem and fixed it? What did you do to fix the problem? EDIT: I think I have narrowed down the problem to the USB port. Does anyone know what the replacement part is called or where I can get it? I sadly don't have a soldering set so that's out of the question for me.
  2. If it doesn't go well, I'll return it for the stuck pixel, shoddy mount, and then I'll say that it came scratched if it doesn't accept that either.
  3. I'll try it, if it doesn't go well, I'll return it for the stuck pixel and the shoddy mount.
  4. So I bought a monitor from Amazon (https://goo.gl/XW4L2T) at a discount and while I was trying to plug the cables in the monitor fell off the stand (the bottom piece) on my desk. When I lifted the monitor I saw that it has a scratch on it (about 5cm long). I want to return it to Amazon for repair but I don't know how since it is my first time having to return something to Amazon for repair. Beside that it also has a stuck pixel that keeps reappearing every 3 minutes or so. I'm fine if I get another stuck pixel when I return the monitor, I'll rub the screen gently. I'm basically asking how to return a monitor for repair to Amazon? P.S. The monitor has been bought in the last month and is covered by warranty.
  5. I think I'm going to go with the Cloud 2 from HyperX and later down the line I will buy a standalone microphone or modmic and even later down the line I will buy some good quality audiophile headphones. I've been looking at Corsair headsets and they seem kinda good to me but I'm pretty sure they'll buzz a lot and have overall poor quality (wireless version at least). The fact that I can switch between 7.1 and Stereo on the Cloud 2 is really good for me so I can try out both stereo and 7.1 channel audio. Simply put, the Cloud 2 is the headset I'm going with.
  6. I looked up ModMic 5 Test and the audio sounds really great for me, but the Razer route seems very compelling even without the discord certification. But does the Razer Man o'war headset use software to fake 7.1 channel audio or is it true 7.1 channel audio?
  7. I kinda want to buy a standalone headset and a separate microphone but right now it is too expensive for me. I like the Razer look and feel and I kind of feel good knowing I have the same headset as Pewdiepie (I'm sorry). But on the other side I'm kind of scared because of the missing Discord certification.
  8. I'm in the market for some new wireless gaming headsets between 100-150 Euros. I was looking through Razer, HyperX and Corsair when something caught my eye, it was Discord certification. I looked it up and found out that it is a certification process where they try out the headset and the microphone extensively, and if it fails, it doesn't get certified. The Razer headsets seem the most compelling to me, but they aren't Discord certified. I want to buy the Razer headset but I'm worried that the microphone won't work properly and the setup process will be complicated. Since I'm a newcomer to the PC platform, and I thought that all headsets were plug-and-play, I'm scared of having another fiasco with the headset (Afterglow sucks anyway) (not being recognized by the Pc, microphone sounding really tinny and not working, buzzing). I'm asking if Discord certification matters and what headset should I buy with an easy setup process? The headset can be wired or wireless, driver updates are allowed and value and experience with the headset is appreciated.
  9. So I'm thinking about getting a Noctua NH D15S for my Fractal Design Define C Mini when I saw that the case would have 8mm space between the cooler and the acrylic side panel. So I'm asking if anyone has built a PC with the situation that the cooler has only 8mm space from the side panel, if so does it look bad or is it acceptable?
  10. Should I get an expansion card, USB Adapter or should I get another motherboard?
  11. So I found a really good motherboard for the price ( MSI Mortar Z270, link is here: https://goo.gl/JWMVQ9), and since I couldn't find if the motherboard had built in Wi-Fi, I'm asking: Does this motherboard have built in Wi-Fi? I need to know because I want to buy this motherboard but I rely upon Wi-Fi to have an internet connection.
  12. I still haven't gotten anything except the RAM. But I won't need the starter pack. If I need any SATA cables I'll buy them.
  13. Thanks guys. BTW the build is here http://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/ZP4n8K I already got HyperX Fury RAM 1X8GB.
