today I got my new GPU and had to buy a hdmi to VGA converter, first I had my display connected to my mortarboard and now to my GPU because this is an apparent performance loss, at least I heard. now my screen is way too black, the blacks I mean. with the wallpaper I am currently using I only can see the Razer logo and not the grey "smudges" tampering with the on-board display setting didn't work either. is there a way to solve this?

Today I got my graphics card and made some place for it in my case, I moved my wifi card some places below which resulted in my wifi speed to literally decreased 10 times. I tried to repair my drivers, uninstall and installing them again, and even placing it back at the slot where it originally was with no difference. There is no speed difference between the slots, they are al PCIe 1x. The max I get on my PC is 2.5 Mbps and my iPad gets in the same room 12 Mbp, I have no experience with network related stuff so I don't know what to do in this case.

I always have trouble with IO shields and in this serious build I don't think that I put it right although with fixing the motherboard to the case, the motherboard can't get closer to the IO. but still, doesn't look good

is the be quit! system power 8 good enough?

I want to buy parts for a gaming pc but the GPU has to wait a month. is it bad to only have a i5-6600K with a 600W psu, I don't think that the cpu will die. I guess that psu's are smart enough to deliver the wattage needed. but I like a conformation from you guys
