I 'd suggest buying a Staples in-house brand where they probably have some warranty or go with a good brand. I got a layzboy from Staples for example, just a suggestion though.

Go with the big one, it's cheaper and can cool the parts better than the smaller one. If it's a question of where to put it, that is only a problem when you get, you'll find a space for it and soon enough it will just be another piece of furniture. It's like asking whether you want a small folding chair due to it's size and mobility or a nice desk chair, you want what will be the best for your usage. I don't see any worth in small PCs because they are stationary objects that almost become furniture, small PCs are technology for the sake of technology.

You're probably going to have to play on high settings with those specs, so no.

That doesn't mean anything, anyone can post something to amazon.
I'd say it's too good to be true, they claim its new for only 21 and 5 shipping. After the seller is new to amazon and it's shipping from china, which is normally a way to avoid returns or used as an excuse for shipping failure.

I wouldn't let the idea of becoming a "true enthusiast" hold you up on your decision making, everyone is different and what people define as true enthusiast can be different as well. I think that my build is an enthusiast build right down to my mouse, but my keyboard is a cheap $25 keyboard off amazon that does the job and allows me to place my mouse on it and that's all I need, think about what you need and then what you want from your hardware then compare the price of the you want and what you need and meet half way. Build quality with keyboards isn't going to matter as much as build quality with say a Note 7, you aren't going to be moving your keyboard around a lot or hopefully not smashing the keys. So the difference in build quality would only matter by how it feels on your fingers and palm. So you should pick the keyboard for the best price that is good enough for you and looks nice (or at least not bad) to you. Like I said before keyboards are VERY subjective because the specs they have aren't necessarily giving a better experience for all people, unlike how an upgrade from a GTX980 to a GTX1070 will help everyone the same. (unless it's bottlenecked of course.

You must have a HUGE bottleneck that doesn't make sense for your system or a broken part, I have a GTX 1070 and i5-6600k and I run 1440p and get 100 FPS on most games, while getting 70-80 FPS on graphic-intense games.
Age doesn't always determine the worth of an item, now a days things are coming out so often that upgrades are marginal.
You wont be able to SLI on your MOBO but there shouldn't be a need for a few years, especially for only 60FPS 1080p gaming.

Norton is bad, it's more a virus than an antivirus. I would suggest Malwarebytes (Which I use) or kaspersky. But if you avoid "dangerous" sites you don't even need an antivirus.

You shouldn't have a problem running low on 720p with Intel HD 4000. It's not going to look nice or run fast but you should have a playable experience.

Zotac is a really good company even though it isn't as well known as say asus or msi cards, and the AMP cards cooling system is suppose to work really well for the 10-series GPUS.

Keyboard are really a user-specific thing. If you are a really hardcore competitive gamer you want anti-ghosting at the very least the best switches possible, now if someone only plays competitive games for fun and a little competition and competition isn't their gaming drive then anti-ghosting would be fine for that type of person and they could even manage without anti-ghosting. Then some people don't care about whether it has good switches or antighosting, or even if it's mechanical. Me personally as long as my keyboard has a backlight I'm fine with it, and I actually prefer a membrane keyboard because I lay my mouse pad and mouse over the numpad making a makeshift razer turret. Then their is maco-keys, which are useful in some cases but only really necessary for MMORPGs. I'd make sure you have a really nice mouse before a decent keyboard. That's what I did for myself.

Interest rates are set by the Fed, not the president. Disliking the interest rates is irrelevant to choose a president.

Not that you should dislike them, as that was the right monetary policy to pursue. Too bad they can't get lower, QE is an imperfect substitute.

Trump won, even if Hillary wins Michigan now she would only have 241 votes and the next closest state is Wisconsin but that's a 4% lead for trump and even if she won it she would only have 251 votes.
