    Ok, even the 16.10.3 driver did not fix it... I'm starting to doubt AMD will fix my issue...

    I'm sure. I guess you're right, but I wonder if anybody else has the same problem... It's surely a problem with the drivers, I ran scans with ESET and no viruses nor do I have a full hard drive or anything...

    Hi, I bought the Sapphire Nitro+ RX470 4GB and whenever I install Radeon 16.9.2 or above, suddenly my GPU does 100% usage and I need to downgrade to 16.9.1... Can anybody please help?
