  1. I am debating whether on getting the HyperX Cloud or the HyperX Cloud II, the only reason I am thinking on getting the HyperX Cloud II is because it has an inbuilt DAC and 7.1 surround sound, if you own the HyperX Cloud II could you please tell my if the surround sound it worth it, also what is the unbuilt usb sound card like? Does it create a hissing noise like most other headsets I have owned? Thanks, Regards Reece.
  2. Make sure you have your motherboards audio drivers installed as the drivers should automatically stop the static from coming through.
  3. I did as you said and this is as low as I could go without crashing, my temperature is not going above 78°C now, is there anything else I can change to improve cooling for my peace of mind?
  4. I have just overclocked my i5 4690K to 4.2GHz, I am using the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo and my temperatures while under full load using Prime95 are reaching a max or 88°C, is this a normal or is my processor overheating?
  5. In that case you can decide what price you sell for as you are the only competition, just use common sense and take into mind how much people can get them online and delivered, check eBay and see how much they are used and delivered, I believe craigslist is also popular in the U.S..
  6. Well if you are just looking for a good one terabyte solid state drive the Samsung 850 Evo is a great and popular choice, but I would backup your storage even if you do not have raid as solid state drives are less reliable than a hard drive, however it can depend on the make. If you are running out of storage I would suggest putting less demanding games on a hard drive and keeping your solid state drive purely for games that require fast read speeds.
  7. You can get a Samsung 850 Evo (1TB) however for the same price you could just get two Samsung 850 Evos (512GB) and set them to raid zero, you would effectively have a one terabyte drive that would supposedly perform twice as fast.
  8. If you are looking for pure speed I would suggest buying two Samsung 850 Evos (512GB) and set the two of them in raid zero, I would also suggest buying a hard drive for backup as they can last much longer than a solid state drive.
  9. Also if you was to not overclock you can also just use the stock cooler as that would work just fine.
  10. If you opt out for SLI support you would be able to get one much cheaper, if you are on a tight budget and you need a cheap and cheerful motherboard I would suggest the Asus B150M-A.
  11. Unfortunately Nvidia SLI does not come cheap as the manufactures have to purchase a licence to be able to sell it on their motherboards, I very much like Asus motherboards as I have never had a problem with them so personally I would suggest the Asus Z170-E as that has Nvidia SLI and USB 3.0.
  12. Thanks for the suggestion, I will definitely take that into consideration.
  13. Thanks for the suggestion however that is way to pricey for me at the moment, I am looking for a cooler under one hundred british pounds.
  14. I would not expect to be running demanding games on ultra with that setup simply due to your hard drive and graphics card however you would still be able to play most games with moderate settings with the GTX 1060, and as far as recording goes, I would suggest using Open Broadcaster Software for that because if you have a GTX 600 series and above you will be able to use the Nvidia NVENC codec which will be able to record your game with little to no game performance impact. I would suggest watching this video to learn how to record your games and this video to learn how to stream your games to Twitch, it is rather lengthy however if you are new to recording and streaming it is very useful.
