    its not a problem on inside cooling, its in/out
     
    you only have one (dust filter? i guess?) on the front of the PC. that means itll have to have intake/outtake in the same filter, which is most definitely not good. you'd have hot air blowing against the cold air and not getting cold enough air in.

    first, that looks like a recipe for molten PC.
     
    but your specs are fine. maybe not 4k 60fps fine, as that needs a i7 9800x and a 2080 but its much better than a i7 3700 and a 770.

    that's pretty much just a standard ATX PSU. you might want to go for an SFX model tough so you can save some space inside.
    looks like a good build to me. the 1650 is capable enough, and you are correct that it needs very little power. the PCI slot provides it up to 75 Watts.
     
    i would be very interested in seeing how you turned an amp into a case tough!

    Every motherboard can do that. 
    It's limted to 75w though so only low power GPU's like a GTX1650 can completely rely on motherboard power.
