    get very high fps such as 133fps average 144fps max and 1 low 50 fps and 0.1 low 4 fps. Its in ow and i limit my fps to 144fps my gpu is gtx 1060 3gb and ryzen 3 1300x and ga-a320ma mobo with 16gb ram at 2666 speed

    yup even reinstalled windows i mean they both have msi after burner and riva tuner and ow apart from that nope

    i have this game on my pc too and it shutters alot like its 120 fps then 70fps and i tried everything underclocking removing power saving mode lowest setting etc and it also happens on my pc temps are fine for laptop standards
