I was overclocking my i5-4670K, and after a sudden blue screen of death while booting, I wanted to go back into the BIOS. When I tried this, the BIOS wouldn't show up, and it would just reset. I then thought I could resolve this, by doing a Q-Flash update, updating the BIOS, which was actually already up-to-date, so 'updating' version F7 to F7. Now the Q-Flash program is stuck at 1%, which is also seen on the picture. I have let it run now for half an hour, and still is on 1%. It says not to reset the system, so I am scared to do so.
Looking in hindsight, I should've done a clear CMOS, but I am stupid enough to do this.
So could I just reset the PC?
