    I was looking to put in a gtx 1050 and a 430w psu in this my dell optiplex 790 mini tower (big case one) till I saw something on the manual about the PCIe is limited to 35 watts. http://clascsg.uconn.edu/download/specs/O790.pdf page 19 where it says it. I thought PCIe slots could draw up to 75 watts or is this a thing that Dell does as a gimmick. Am i fine? or do i need to get a whole new motherboard?
