Im such an idiot, it is me an i should just embrace it.

I went and still go to public school, but when I was in elementary I had a friend who was into tap dancing at the time, kids would use being gay as an insult towards him and I. I haven't talked to him since 2014 and haven't seen him in person since like 2012/2013, but I'm fairly sure he's straight. 
 
Up until about the end of 7th grade into 8th grade I was questioning my sexual orientation because I thought that I was straight up to that point, but then I was thinking was I really though? And through a lot of consideration I came to the conclusion that I was not and I was exclusively gay around early 2015. I've not really been the most open about it because I know there's still that threat that the wrong person or people could find out and I just don't want to risk that. I'd say Minnesota is a pretty tolerant and accepting place though, really if I came out I'd be more likely to be met with support or at best tolerance/neutrality rather than being attacked or ousted, or etc.
