As a personal audiophile. I am using an amp/dac along with a pair of higher end Sennheisers. And i can hear the difference. but on the equipment you are describing, I can't imagine you being able to distinguish between 320 kbps, and FLAC or ALAC or WAV.

Z370-E isn't a bad board. I think the ASRock Extreme 4 is one of the best values, mid to high range on quality as well. If I were to pick any board, it would be the Asus ROG Maximus Hero X, but it's about $270

Just put duct tape over the black bars (effectively expanding the bezels and shrinking the aspect ratio), and then you don't need to worry about it. 

youtube still has a lifespan, it's not the end of the world, currently, it's not bad as it seems especially for people in the tech field who don't do anything edgy. i am no idea what the future of the platform is, for now, it is still a very big platform that has is and will be growing.

A Q6600, stock fan for $11 on ebay. A generic case with a 350 watt psu, LGA 775 and 8gb of ddr2 still in the case at the dump, so free), and a 560 ti for $15 from Craigslist. 2 free 250 gb sata hd's from mother-in-law with Windows 7 home installed. Dedicated another 3 gigs of RAM to the gpu, so it would run a little better.
 
I would not exactly call it a gaming PC, but it could run AAA games last year, albeit at low quality 720p and crappy FPS. Good for $26 dollars. I gave it to a friend who wanted to switch to PC gaming, but between rent, bills, and child support, he literally had about $25 a week left for "Fun".

You buy used off second hand websites and talk to people who have connections.
 
Cheapest was free, not really a gaming computer- but it ran Stardew Valley so good enough for me

I have no need for a gaming computer. I was just wondering if anyone had tried anything like scrapyard wars. I thought the concept was cool
 

Are you kidding? Scrapyard wars are my favorite part of the channel, along with case mods. Same with most of the other tech sites. Cheap overclocked Xeon builds, anything resurrecting tech people say are *Dead*. Watching Dual Xeons clocked at 3 fight with a 7700k and an OC'd x1800 in gaming is the best. Good Fun!

The Doctor was giving a lecture to about 20 interns. and after walking over to the computer, I looked at it for about 3 seconds I bent over and turn the mouse 180 degrees. Her mouse was upside down. This is a lady that has a PHD from Harvard, I couldn't imagine any of her interns taking her seriously after that.

Next year might be the school year where my child begins to come home by themselves. As such I'm beginning to look into electronic door locks and cameras. There doesn't seem to be much in the ways of reviews on the internet so I thought I would check here to see if anyone has first hand experience with these products. I worked device support. I had a PHD call and couldn't figure out how to use a Nexus phone. It was like, I aint trusting you to operate on me. He was a medical doctor. I would not let him do any type of operating on me.
