  1. Ok! Thanks for the prompt response.
  2. I just don't wanna screw up what little I have.
  3. Wait. So just to confirm. Uninstall /disable the drivers when there is no GPU inside, then put in the GPU, plug the HDMI into the GPU slots, and it should work fine?
  4. Hi, I bought a new GPU (GTX 1050Ti) and wanted to install it. I slapped it in, but there was no signal coming from the actual graphics card or the integrated graphics (the GPU fan was spinning). I saw somewhere that I have to uninstall my integrated drivers, but seeing as my monitors won't detect the card or the integrated graphics when the card is in, I can't do that. Somewhere else I saw that I can uninstall the integrated graphics before, then put the card in, connect my HDMI to the card, and have it work (of course I'd to install drivers after all that). Is there any danger to uninstalling the integrated graphics before putting the card in? If I do uninstall them, will the card actually work?
  5. Does the GTX 750 Ti need a power supply?
  6. I looked at the physical space I have for a power supply and noted this: https://i.imgsafe.org/aa110c1053.jpeg. I know that the Power Supply S12II520 Bronze Retail 520W ATX12V V2.3 80+ PFC (although I don't know if it's l x w x h or another way around) fits that, but if there is something that costs less, that'd be great.
  7. I haven't even checked and frankly, I already know that it wont be able to support the GTX 950 because it doesn't have a 6-pin power connector.
  8. So I'm really new to all of this computer stuff. I bought a pre-built PC and now I want to get a GTX 950 graphics card, but am confused on what power supply to buy. I have a core i3 (Iknow it's terrible), 2 sticks of 4gb RAM, motherboard: "LENOVO SHARKBAY R301H63T SDK0J40700 WIN", about 6 usb, and 500gb of on my harddrive. And another thing is that I don't know if the power supply will come with the necessary cables. If any one knows, I'd be all ears. Thanks.
