Yes, I have 60 Hz monitor, but if ill take the 1070 i can upgrade my MOBO with CPU in future. Ill probably repeat myselt, but is the bottleneck really hard ? (with 1070)

Hello, im going to upgrade my GPU soon and i cant choose between 1060 and 1070, because i have I5-3470 aswell. Just want to ask if it wont bottleneck 1070. I would buy 1060 if it does.
