  1. Actually didn't try as the drive does not show up in the computer, only appears in the disk management as not initialized disk.
  2. I have a Seagate Mobile HDD 1TB that stopped working suddenly. I mainly used the hard drive as a portable disk drive via an enclosure. The issue is when I connect it in through the USB port it just rings a tone as proof of connection to the PC. The enclosure lights up with the vibration of spinning the drive as usual disk drives do. But it does not appear on the "This PC" folder as the other disk drives do. However, it shows in the Disk Management as unknown, not initialized, and unallocated drive. I have watched several YouTube videos to fix it but not worked. I also tried by AOMEI Partition Assistant to Rebuild the MBR, and format the drive but did not work. I have added several photos of the states and the process of fixes carried out for the disk drive herewith. Is it possible to fix the drive? Any help and recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  3. Actually, TT mentioned the protection features on their website. Check here.
  4. I am not a hardcore PC gamer. I have a PS4 Pro and Nintendo Switch OLED, where I play most games. I use the PC for playing some games that are not on the consoles and play them at 1080p which allows most PC games to run well. That's why I'm keeping the 970 now.
  5. I want to buy a PSU for my PC. I have a minimal budget of 30-45 dollars. My PC Specs: Processor: AMD RYZEN 5 3600 Mainboard: MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max NVMe: Samsung EVO PLUS 500GB HDD: Seagate 3TB Graphic Card: Gigabyte GeForce® GTX 970 Extreme 4GD Monitor: LG 22MK600M UPS: Powerguard 1200VA I have picked two PSUs but when I looked at the tier list, found one at tier 6. The confusing fact is I heard Tier 5 is the last resort of a gaming rig. I want to play games and perform other tasks like browsing and emailing as well. The PSUs are as follows: Thermaltake Smart BM2 550W Semi-Modular Power Supply (Tier 6) Price - $45.83 Deepcool PK-D Series PK550D Non-Modular 550W 80 Plus Bronze Certified Black Power Supply (No Tier) - $43.33 What do you recommend?
  6. The price of Deepcool is only $2.5 lower than the Thermaltake Smart BM2, indicating no notable difference in prices between these two. On the other hand, the Deepcool has 6 types of protection such as SCP, OPP, OTP, OVP, OCP, and UVP whereas Thermaltake Smart BM2 has only 4 types of protection such as OVP, OPP, OCP, and OTP. That indicates Thermaltake Smart BM2 lacks SCP and UVP protection. What do you think of these two here? The price in USD in my country for these units are: The Montech - $36.66 The Gigabyte - $40 The Deepcool - $43.33 The Thermaltake Smart BX1 - $45 The Thermaltake Smart BM2 - $45.83
  7. Ohh. My current PSU doesn't have any warranty available. I have selected some PSUs that I would like to buy as follows: Montech BETA 550 550W Non-Modular Power Supply Gigabyte GP-P550B 550W Non-Modular 80 Plus Bronze Certified PSU Deepcool PK-D Series PK550D Non-Modular 550W 80 Plus Bronze Certified Black Power Supply Thermaltake Smart BX1 550W ATX Non-Modular Power Supply Thermaltake Smart BM2 550W Semi-Modular Power Supply Out of the 5 PSUs above, I think the Montech BETA 550W PSU is more budget-oriented than the others. What do you think?
  8. I am from Bangladesh and my current psu is Antec VP550P 80 PLUS. And my psu has an issue of randomly resetting the HDD during the runtime. My HDD and Mainboard are okay, so the issue is within the psu sata power.
  9. Hi, I want to buy a power supply unit for my PC. I have a lower budget. Is 2nd hand power supply good for my PC? Or should I get a new one instead? I need suggestions for this. My PC specs: 1. Processor: AMD RYZEN 5 3600 2. Mainboard: MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max 3. NVMe: Samsung EVO PLUS 500GB 4. HDD: Seagate 3 TB 5. Graphic Card: Gigabyte GeForce® GTX 970 Extreme 4GD 6. UPS: Powerguard 1200VA Please help.
  10. okay. i actually wanted the RGB feature with my limited budget that's why was trying to get the Netac one. as the price and feature is similar to g.skill.
  11. Hi, I am willing to buy a pair of dual-channel desktop RAM. But getting confused about which one to pick. I prefer a value-for-money product. One RAM is RGB, and the other one is non-RGB. Both product is the same in specs and price. The names and links of the RAMs are given and linked below: 1. Netac Shadow RGB 8GB DDR4 3600MHz Grey Desktop RAM 2. G.Skill Ripjaws V 8GB DDR4 3600MHz Black Desktop RAM Which one should I buy out of these two brands? Thanks. My Mainboard and Processor: Mainboard: Intel 13th Gen Core i3-13100 Raptor Lake Processor Processor: BIOSTAR B660MX-E Micro ATX Motherboard
  12. Okay. What do you think about the HP EX900 Plus 1TB, compared to Samsung 970 EVO Plus and PM9A1. Would HP EX900 Plus 1TB give similar performance and longevity compared to these Samsung NVMe drives? Cause I will get double the storage in HP EX900 Plus compared to these Samsung NVMe drives.
