So I have two Monitors that I want to mount Vertically. (Bottom) https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236688&cm_re=MG28UQ-_-24-236-688-_-Product (Top) https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIAD6H5US4960 The bottom is my Gaming Monitor while the top is to monitor my stream from my secondary PC. Any help? The sizes seem inane but I really want it to work Even if I just have the top monitor on it's own stand and the ASUS just on my desk would be fine too, but Vertical is the way I would like.
-
The only reason I've chosen the "OverKill" parts was to keep up with my theme. I want an RGB themed gaming PC. I'm currently waiting to hook up this nice 28" ASUS Monitor, and I have my other PC going to be hooked up to the other two 23" ASUS monitors. I'm not really a big fan of AMD's Motherboards and those RAM sticks aren't doing it for me. If I could afford getting the STRIX 1080TI I would.
-
I'm using it for Gaming etc. I have another build that will be handling my streaming. I just wanted to know if this would be good enough for Ultra/Very High gaming graphics. I want to enjoy my games.

@honor Seriously man, this is a LOT cooler than the previous plans, MORE RGB? I love you so much LOL. I definitely wanted an M.2 SSD but thought it wouldn't be possible! You are definitely right, as much as I love Corsair, I'm going to have to give it to G.Skill on the LED brightness and overall look. Absolutely insane. Definitely eventually thinking about water cooling the main rig and putting the X62 in the Streaming Rig. But over time haha. I didn't realize the 460 was $90 so good on you! Thanks for the insight! Very impressed and will be getting these instead +1 Rep Gaming Rig PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($338.34 @ OutletPC) CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X62 Liquid CPU Cooler ($158.99 @ SuperBiiz) Thermal Compound: Thermaltake CL-O004-GROSGM-A 4g Thermal Paste (Purchased For $8.29) Motherboard: Asus MAXIMUS IX FORMULA ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($365.99 @ SuperBiiz) Memory: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($279.99 @ Newegg) Storage: Samsung 960 EVO 250GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive ($127.98 @ NCIX US) Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($47.66 @ OutletPC) Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 1080 8GB ROG STRIX Video Card ($504.99 @ Newegg) Case: Corsair Carbide 400C White ATX Mid Tower Case (Purchased For $78.61) Power Supply: Corsair 750W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($129.99 @ Newegg) Total: $2040.83 Streaming Rig PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor ($217.55 @ OutletPC) Motherboard: MSI B350 PC MATE ATX AM4 Motherboard ($86.98 @ Newegg) Memory: Team Vulcan 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($94.99 @ Newegg) Storage: Sandisk SSD PLUS 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($54.19 @ Amazon) Video Card: Asus Radeon RX 460 2GB Dual OC Video Card ($89.99 @ SuperBiiz) Case: BitFenix Nova ATX Mid Tower Case ($30.99 @ NCIX US)Power Supply: Corsair CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($32.98 @ Newegg)Total: $607.67

@VIVO-US Thank you very much for the tip! I will adjust my list accordingly. Thank you for the kind words on this insane build! I can't wait to see how it all comes together. Will post up pictures soon!
-
I want the 750w due to possibly doing some Watercooling. The other one is just for YOLO's. The stock cooler won't do as well as the Cryorig due to airflow. I'm trying to keep the budget near $2,000 for the Gaming Rig. The 960 would be too much.
-
Wouldn't really appeal to the whole internal Capture Card. Plus you need more cores for streaming, so the G4560 wont do enough.
-
Yeah, it's definitely a positive for stream productivity. But anyone have any other recommendations? Maybe swapping parts for the Streaming PC, or adding a peripheral?
-
@djdwosk97 Because of the fact of the Stream taking up ALL of the CPU power, and most games rely on CPU Strain, so my games may be good quality, but hard to play. Having a second streaming PC will eliminate the possibility of not enjoying what I'm playing, while entertaining others. It's just a preference. And yes, sadly the Fan's won't be changed, I'd be putting some beQuiet fans in the streaming build, the Mobo for the Gaming PC is mainly cosmetics and multiple GPU compatibility, and the RAM is for cosmetics, and I'd like the overkkill.
-
Alright, so I've made some changes, and I've upped the budget on both. Most of the changes were cosmetic but some were for performance I.E Upping the RAM on both systems because YOLO, and changing the GPU on the Gaming rig. I've also included any mod's or cosmetics that will be included. Anything crossed out has already been purchased! Let me know what you guys think! Any way I could possibly better my rig? I'll post the Gaming Rig, Then The Streaming Rig, then all of my Peripherals. Please try not to suggest something that has already been purchased, I can't return them. |Gaming Rig| PCPartPicker List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LxRZKZ CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor - $338.34 Cooler: NZXT Kraken X62 Liquid CPU Cooler - $158.99 Thermal Compound: Thermal-Take CL-O004-GROSGM-A 4g Thermal Paste - $8.29 Motherboard: Asus MAXIMUS IX FORMULA ATX LGA1151 Motherboard - $365.99 Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory - $154.99 Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory - $154.99 Storage (SSD): Samsung 850 EVO-Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive - $89.88 Storage (HDD): Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive - $48.25 GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 8GB Super-Clocked Gaming ACX 3.0 Video Card - $499.99 Case: Corsair Carbide 400C White ATX Mid Tower Case - $78.61 Power Supply: Corsair RMx 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply - $109.99 Front Fans: (3x) Corsair HD120 RGB High Performance 120mm Fans - $29.99/Each Rear Fan: Corsair HD140 RGB High Performance 140mm Fan - $34.99 Top Fans: Corsair HD140 RGB High Performance 140mm— Twin Pack with Controller - $79.99 LED Controller: CORSAIR Lighting Node PRO - $59.99 Cable Manager: NZXT Puck External Cable Management Device - $19.99 PSU Cables: Custom PSU Cables from Cable-Mod Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 from Kinguin.net - $35 |Streaming PC| PCPartPicker: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LwTsCy CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor - $217.55 Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler - $34.89 Motherboard: MSI B350 PC MATE ATX AM4 Motherboard - $84.99 Memory: Team Vulcan 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory - $99.99 Storage (SSD): Sandisk SSD PLUS 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive - $53.80 GPU: MSI Radeon R7 250 2GB Video Card - $74.99 Capture Card: Elgato HD60 Pro Internal Game Capture - $199.95 Case: Corsair 270R ATX Mid Tower Case - $67.99 Power Supply: Corsair CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular Power Supply - $49.99 Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 from Kinguin.net - $35 |Peripherals| (M) Main Monitor: ASUS PB287Q Black 28" 1ms (GTG) HDMI Widescreen Monitor - $399.99 (S) Left Monitor: ASUS VS Series VS238H-P Black 23" 2ms HDMI Monitor - $129.99 (S) Right Monitor: ASUS VS Series VS238H-P Black 23" 2ms HDMI Monitor - $129.99 Monitor Stand: VIVO Triple Monitor Desk Mount Stand - $57.99 (M) Keyboard: Corsair K95 RGB PLATINUM Mechanical Keyboard Cherry MX Speed - $199.99 (M) Mouse: Steel Series Rival 700 OLED Gaming Mouse - $99.99 (M) Mouse Pad: Corsair MM800 RGB Polaris Gaming Mouse Mat - $59.99 (M) Headset: Steel Series Wireless Arctic 7 RGB Gaming Headset - $149.99 (M) Speakers: BlackWeb 7.1 7mm Surround Speakers - $39.99 (S) Webcam: Logitech C920 Professional Wired Camera - $64.99 (S) Keyboard: Logitech G213 RGB Gaming Keyboard - $69.99 (S) Mouse: Steel Series Rival 100 RGB Purple Gaming Mouse - $39.99 (S) Mouse Pad: Steel Series QcK Prism RGB Gaming Mouse Mat - $59.99 (S) Headset: Steel Series Siberia 100 RGB Gaming Headset - $39.99 (S) Microphone: Blue Yeti Professional Cardioid Condenser USB Microphone - $149.99 (S) Microphone Stand: RODE PSA-1 Studio Boom Arm - $99.99 (S) Microphone Mount: Blue Microphones Radius II Microphone Mount - $69.99 (S) Microphone Filter: Blue Microphones The Pop Microphone Filter - $69.99 Controller: Elgato Stream Deck - Live Content Creation Controller - $149.95 VR: Oculus Rift Virtual Reality Headset - $499.00 VR Controllers: Oculus Touch for Oculus Rift Headset - $99.00 Chair: Arozzi Verona Gaming Chair in Blue - $299.00 Green Screen: Green Screen by Fancierstudio -6'x9' Chromakey Green Screen - $17.99 Stand: LimoStudio Photo Video Studio 10Ft Adjustable Muslin Stand - $35.99 Clamps: Heavy Duty Muslin Clamps 4 1/2 inch 6 Pack - $7.98

I dont have the PCPartPicker Lists, and I could make it external but I'm trying to keep desk clutter to a minimum if I can avoid it. I'm still trying to figure out the whole setup. Let me re do the Lists though so you guys could make changes. Keep im mind I'm not going over the limit that I have rn. I can't afford it. So I'll ask you kindly to keep in mind the budget for each PC.
