I've already tried to clear CMOS using jumper cap, should I short motherboard battery instead?

So I've noticed a difference in my boot time before windows comes up, but I have no idea if this is normal or honestly something my sibling probably tampered with when I was not home. A black screen with "A2" in the bottom right shows for 48 seconds before the MSi boot logo shows up for another 28 seconds Here's my PC specs: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/IWasted10Bucks/saved/HbK23C

Thank you all so much for helping me out with this! I understand a whole lot more about what choices I need to make when building a PC of my own. ?

So I've done a lot of research on a whole bunch of PC builds and what parts are currently considered "good" for a mid grade build, and I am hoping to get a mid grade gaming PC hopefully under $1,200 (although this build is over that) Is there anything to improve or downgrade to something more reasonable? (EDIT: I have considered one of the changes made by someone who helped me out in the comments, I really appreciate it ;3)
