I do lots of graphics work and heavily depend on accurate colors. Response time and all those other gaming related specs are not too important to me. I've seen several 1080p IPS monitors in the sub-$300 range but I'm not too sure if they will be reliable for my needs. Should I pay more than this for a good IPS monitor?

Sorry for the late reply, you've probably figured this out by now, but there actually are arrows on these fans. I believe they were on the bottom and they are very small. Easy to miss but they are there.

I solved my own problem. The white ring was not pushed in all the way and it was preventing the blades from spinning. Oops, my bad.

I just bought a couple corsair AF120 quiet edition fans to replace my cpu cooler fan (hyper 212 evo). The one I placed in the back is spinning fine, however the fan I mounted to the CPU cooler doesn't spin when I boot up the PC. My motherboard is the Asus Z170-A if that helps anything.
