About a day ago when i updated windows my Nvida Drivers working, so i had to reinstall my Nvidia Drivers, but i had to reinstall it multiple time for it to work after finally working, my VQ248QE monitor coudn't be recongized right it didn't display 144hz option in Windows Display Porperties or Nvida Panel so i tried overclocking it to 144hz but the highest it can go was 135hz before there was artifacts I tried changing ports, Fliping the display cable, Multiple restarts, Reinstalling Driver but it doesn't show me These Options Below to access 144hz

i was wondering can i make a Playback Device a recording device like Stereo Mix (i can't Use stereo mix Because Im using a USB device and it can't record it, if you can find away for Stereo mix to record USB device please tell me)
