  1. Fourteen days later... I would like to add that synergy copy and paste and drag and drop from Linux to Windows and vise versa is and has always been broken for a huge number of people maybe everyone. It is a know issue and support is kinda a joke. I hate seeing the ad on LTT videos saying drag and drop, copy paste is a major feature when it rarely if ever works. I would personally not want to advertise synergy or at least not say drag and drop and copy paste across different OS's is a major feature/selling point. I understand it isn't LTTs fault but it looks bad when people buy it and it doesn't and never did work to my knowledge. I see tickets with that problem open from 2014. That is not good at all. That said, I use it every day. I love it and would have bought it at the current price without those functions. I just don't like to be mislead.
  2. Anything that runs on the system can potentially cause problems. Guess I'm glad I got a H60 that is basic fan connectors. Just use main board or regular fan controller.
  3. Try going into Device Manager and uninstall your audio device and select the delete drivers option then reinstall. Its a driver/software issue I almost guarantee. Somehow it's being ignored after you plug it in. My bet is on windows. If that doesn't work try a Linux live CD, USB or fresh Windows install. If it works then we know software related.
  4. Maybe that's it. I felt like it was some weird glitch.
  5. Sounds like a CPU or main board problem to me. It could also be driver related. I would try a fresh windows install if possible. If you still have the same issues get a RMA. That's about all I can tell you to do being you can't remove any hardware.
  6. Can you install steam in a different folder? I can't remember if it gives you the option.
  7. You were close if you had that open just type your user name in the blank box and click "check names" and click ok then you'll see that check box and that is almost the end.
  8. No my bad its after you hit OK. Just hit OK.
  9. O, you do that before in the previous window. That should have been before step four. Just a bad way of ordering it.
  10. What windows are you on? I assumed 10.
  11. It's just saying to check the box that applies it to every file in that folder. You should do that probably.
  12. Yes. You can go back and delete a week or so and it'll get better but i just start over and roll with it.
