    It is completely normal, nothing is wrong. it just divides the RAM speed by 2 and reports it as that.

    DDR = Double Data Rate.
    The memory operates on the rising-edge and falling-edge of the clock cycle.
     
    The effective memory frequency is 1600 MHz.
    The actual operating memory frequency is 800 MHz.
