  1. If you need it gone asap you might have to take what ever you can get for it. Depending on where you live any of these would work fine, Facebook Market Place or local buy and sell groups, Kijiji, Craigslist, or a local classifieds site like in my area usedottawa. Post adds and see who is interested. List the price you would like to get, say your open to offers, if you add that you need it gone asap you will likely get more response but lower offers, then decide from there. Now if I was a buyer right now in Jan 2021 in my opinion I probably would offer you $100cnd to $150cnd for it if I had use for it. That is just me, someone else may see more value in it then I do.
  2. $20 for WIndows Keys they are legit, or just live with the water mark and use it for free. Windows is no longer a selling point its like throwing in a mouse pad these days. I parted with a similar specked system 2 years back Phenom II 975Black for the cpu and there was also a 240gb ssd as well in it I got $225 Canadian for it.
  3. I figured. I assume LTT could have amazon remove them? Mind I suppose it would be a game of whack a mole :)
  4. Found these on Amazon https://www.amazon.ca/IOBZXZWRYM-Linus-Teenage-T-Shirt-Black/dp/B07QFZK95Q/ref=pd_sbs_200_6/138-1430781-4159332?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B07QH4B3MT&pd_rd_r=da0a1647-2b07-496b-ab81-2300c200c56f&pd_rd_w=ciZhr&pd_rd_wg=vYh45&pf_rd_p=c7dd20f2-cc95-438c-a570-825849a410fc&pf_rd_r=D595EHB95X26VVZVS4QC&psc=1&refRID=D595EHB95X26VVZVS4QC https://www.amazon.ca/IOBZXZWRYM-Linus-Teenage-T-Shirt-Black/dp/B07QH4BXH9/ref=pd_sbs_200_9?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B07QJ8T8SS&pd_rd_r=da0a1647-2b07-496b-ab81-2300c200c56f&pd_rd_w=ciZhr&pd_rd_wg=vYh45&pf_rd_p=c7dd20f2-cc95-438c-a570-825849a410fc&pf_rd_r=D595EHB95X26VVZVS4QC&psc=1&refRID=D595EHB95X26VVZVS4QC https://www.amazon.ca/WKAOP-Non-Slip-Pad-Portable-Accessories-15-8x29-5/dp/B08K4C5BMY/ref=pd_sbs_200_4/138-1430781-4159332?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B08K4C5BMY&pd_rd_r=da0a1647-2b07-496b-ab81-2300c200c56f&pd_rd_w=ciZhr&pd_rd_wg=vYh45&pf_rd_p=c7dd20f2-cc95-438c-a570-825849a410fc&pf_rd_r=D595EHB95X26VVZVS4QC&psc=1&refRID=D595EHB95X26VVZVS4QC
  5. I have a 2700x looking to upgrade my b350 prime board. Choice between the MSI B450 Carbon Pro AC or the Asus B450 ROG Strix Gaming F Both are the same price. Looking to use this long term 3-4 years
  6. The Ryzen 7 2700 in Canada is $279.99 with the 2700X at $269.99 its the better deal. I saw your topic as well but it wasn't pertaining to Canadian prices. Why I posted this.
  7. Ryzen 7 2700X, CND$ 269.99 Amazon.ca Sold and shipped by Amazon.ca 12 hr left its the deal of the day I was going to get a 3600 but at this price I think the 2700X will do just fine https://www.amazon.ca/AMD-Ryzen-Processor-Wraith-Cooler/dp/B07B428M7F/ref=pd_rhf_eetyp_p_img_3?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=X5NFYKRMD31HQSK54QH2
  8. X470/B450 chipsets do not support PCIE gen 4. Lets clear that up. This only says that some x470/B450 BOARDS will support gen 4, it does not say chipsets. The Ryzen 3000 I/O chiplet in the cpu supports PCIE gen 4. Assuming the signal quality is good enough your good to go. This is also why its is only the 2 slots that can support it as they are connected directly to the CPU I/O die. X570 chipset does support pcie4.0 because it is the exact same I/O die that is in the Ryzen 3000 cpus. X570 board have 2 I/O chips essentially.
  9. I just did a 1803 update and it deleted all the folders I had in the windows.old folder on my C drive. So its not just 1809 that is the issue. Is it possible its windows update it self that is the issue? Some sort of new protocol MS is using with major updates?
  10. Anyone using Rogers as their ISP at home and Private Internet Access for a VPN? If yes do you have the Hitron CODA-4582 (white brick) modem? Any issues with getting it all working with multiple devices? Looking to signup with PIA but I have had issues with Rogers and VPN services. Getting a decent 3rd party router is on my list of things to get but the modem and switch I have currently get the job done. thank you
  11. Was not sure where to put this. Its kinda tech related as for the pricing but maybe the word tariffs might be triggering for some. So place it in off topic. if it goes elsewhere please move it. Thank you I've notices lately in Canada that a lot of budget cpu coolers and cases that are normally found "on sale" in the $20-$30cnd range, lately seam to have seen prices jumps and previous "retail pricing" in now the "sale" price. I'm in Ontario so I'm guessing a lot of the hardware we see here comes to us from China via the US. Is that same for you folks in BC or can/are retailers getting supply direct from China bypassing US tariffs? With tariffs on aluminum and steel what other components could be affected. Graphic card prices are coming down but could tariffs cause them to start going back up because prices on the heat sinks go up? How has this affected US pricing on Cases and coolers? Wondering if enough what your saving now on gpus in just going to get sucked up by price increases on other components?
  12. Coolers and possibly other board components as well differ in quality. Branding can affect cost as well.
  13. I figured try here first since you know I'm here They tried NVDA and had issues with the keyboard commands and config. I don't know much about this stuff either.
