  1. i find it funny as i just got this mobo from rma...
  2. Starts with C, moves quickly thru some then bo, ff and right before turning off goes back to C.
  3. Mobo: Evga FTW-K CPU: 6850K PSU: tried with several Everything is stripped. Just mobo, cpu and ssd. Cooler is on and working. With only the 24pin plugged in it's starts only to stand with code C and i totally understand. Instead when I plug the cpu power it goes on a restart loop. Forever. Anyone have any idea? Thanks in advance
  4. I've had this build for about 2/3 months and all was fine. Left everything as out of the box except for some MoBo storage settings for my m.2 card. About 2 weeks ago I've started having some random freezes, just by opening any program, then inability to detect SSDs (switching ports fixed it), unable to load OS and once even data loss. I sometimes manage to load OS then I can't open or close (even task manager stops responding). I've clean reinstalled Win10 twice already and now it's the 3rd time I'm having these issues. Before, just unplugging my SSDs and leaving my m.2 (where my OS is) it would solve the OS loading issue, now not even that works. Also my keyboard started typing random letters every time I pressed P, using my down arrow would open settings in chrome and ç (QWERTY ITA) would Caps Lock. I'm having a hard time understanding it's software or hardware problem. Anyone have any clue? Thanks in advance
  5. There days 16x over 8x has little improvement right?
  6. Evga FTW K, manual states that with a 28 lane cpu it will work 16x8x while on a 40 lane one it will go 16x16x So in the end only Gpu would use the PCIe lanes? And go 16x8x?
  7. As title indicates i'm struggling to figure out what would be apropriate for my Build. The build: X99 with 2x1080 sli an M.2 SSD and 2 sata SSDs. Adding all the lanes occupied (with both gpus at 8x) should add up nicely to 28. But as I will be using it mainly as a workstation and I tend to have a few things running in the background (downloading mainly) I'm afraid I will bump into some hickups. Am I worring too much and should go with 6800k or it's more apropriate to go for 6850k? Price difference isn't much of an issue. Thanks in advance!
