  3. Hi I hope you can help me as this monitor shopping is doing my head in. I want the best monitor for my money for gaming. My budget is around £300 give or take £30. I've been looking at all sorts from 120Hz BenQ to normal 60Hz monitors and really cannot decide. One of my main musts is I would prefer a 27" monitor. In fact I may buy two matching monitors if I can ever decide which to buy. Please help, I want good quality and don't want to be disappointed when turning it on. Thank you. I'll be playing all sorts of games from MMO to FPS.
  4. Thanks! Yeah it resolved, it was not very clear and had no mention in the instructions. I thought I had been given a wrong adapter.
  5. Do you know how on a mobile device? Sorry ill try get in a computer tomorrow and sort it.
  6. Ahhhhhh it's okay i got it. Thanks a lot for heads up!
  7. Oh okay, take this plastic thing off and put individual pins in? Thanks
  8. I can't for the life of me work out how to connect my fans using this adapter that came with my h80i. I think the other end of this cable fits into the block of the CPU and these ends pictured here are supposed to be different so that I can fit my standard fan in? Please help me!! Any advice would be great!
  9. Okay thanks guys, ill just leave the sp120s in the front then. All the fans I have brought have been the corsair quiet edition and not the performance edition. To be honest when I'm gaming and the machine is in load mode I'm wearing headphones so it's not an issue as long as it's not load when I'm working or browsing the web etc. when I say work I mean writing documents not video editing so it shouldn't be an issue. Thanks for advice!
  10. Hi, Just a quick one, on the front of my case I have two 120mm fans which blow air directly into the case, I have removed all my HDD trays that were directly behind save for two which I am using. Now would I get a better cooling solution using airflow fans or static pressure? Currently I am using two static pressure on the front intake, a 120mm airflow coming up from the bottom mixing with and blowing directly onto the GPU. Then I have a 140mm airflow exhaust can on too of my case as well as two 120 static pressure push pull on corsair H80i. All my fans are corsair either SP or AF. What do you guys think of does it really not make to much of a difference? Thanks!
  11. I read from numerous different sources that AMD had designed these cards to run at 94 degrees and they would do for the duration of the cards life cycle without an issue. I know it sounds awfully load on a stock cooler and the temperature is not desired but the cooling system is designed to dump the hot air out of the back of the case which is better than some of the aftermarket designs that dump it into the case. Not sure where I am going with this but with an optimised case for efficient airflow I think you should be okay. Good luck in your search for the right card!
  12. Ah thanks, yeah I dunno why I asked I like to confirm these things! Haha. Thanks for taking the time to read and reply. Let's hope it's a great wireless network card! Should be for £70!!!
  13. Hi guys, Just wanna double check that a Asus PCE-ac68 dual band PCI wireless network interface card will work in a crosshair v formula-z? I assume it would no problem? Thanks in advance!
  14. Oh no actually it was me being a douche! haha.
