I was getting 120-200 when I took my PC from engineer now I reinstalled pirated windows and I got this shit.. now my Windows 7 from torrent which was uploaded 2 days ago with updates. I having 40-80 fps rn. It could be driver issue I think. Because on win8 or win10 I couldnt install fully drivers.. i always get Error 1603 when my gpu drivers was almost done. Then I realised Windows not fully updated and I heard that it could work or win7, then I installed win7 clearly, deleted un-needed disks and created new one. My GPU drivers installed fine, I got like 150 fps and next day it was same problem with FPS again

I was playing CSGO on Lowest settings and 1280x1024, imo its best settings for CSGO and I was getting 120-200 FPS. Rarely 90. CPU usage didnt go after 60. Its always like 30-40 when Im ingame and listening some music. Idk GPU usage, forgot about it. Yeah PC engineer said that he had same experience with this GPU, he was playing WoT with good pc and he get 40-60 fps, then he get this GPU to his work, simply installed card and he got 120 fps with pc like mine

+ imo there is no big difference with Windows pirated and original one, or is it?

VSYNC is OFF. I still didnt get answer is it worth to buy Windows to get that old performance or no?

So I tried Win10, Win7 and Win8.1 in all ways I got 60 fps and when PC engineer got my pc he maked pc work perfectly with 200~ FPS. He didnt change any components. I dont know if he reinsall my OS with original Windows but one guy told me that if my Windows pirated, downloaded from Torrents I never have that old experience. So I must buy original Windows now? Thanks, but look at my Motherboard drivers, its only WIN7 64bit theres no win8 or win10 + read top post message again and read that I got error when I skipping or installing ReLive + How can I update my win10 if they are pirated?

Starting with my SPECS: CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 @ 2.50GHz GPU: 2048MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series (Sapphire/PCPartner) MOBO: ASRock G41M-VS3 RAM: 4.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 398MHz OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit So first thing is that I buy AMD Radeon 7870 HD from PC engineer and he installed it, installed drivers and other important stuff. I got that PC and instantly tested most important stuff - games. I got 200~ fps in CSGO at everything low and 1280x1024. I upgraded my PC to Windows 10 and I installed drivers and other stuff by my own I turned off XBOX DVR and other Win10 stuff who can deal something for my FPS. AND I GETTING 60 FPS and it didnt care if its Highest settings or its lowest I getting same 60~ fps. sometimes its goes to 100 and things like that. I installed now Win8.1 again but I experienced same 60 FPS trouble. I just want to play one game and I cant Other thing, its says that I already have installed GPU drivers (I think when I installed Windows 8.1 OS its installed automatically because after loadings I saw that it was saying "Radeon HD 7800 series" in dxdiag). I tried to go in to AMD website and download thing like automatically update and download drivers, it seems fine but after first install I got offer to install ReLive and I choosed to install but I got error 1603 and I cant understand why. That install worked at Windows 7 but not at Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. So Im asking one thing, help me get back my old FPS.
