  1. I have always used Kinguin.net for all my steam games and origin games and never had an issue with it! I have never paid the insurance thing (but honestly I wouldn't recommend that, after all you never know). People have also recommended me GreenManGaming when I wanted to buy Monster Hunter World (one of my friends bought it from there), but I stayed to Kinguin. EDIT: Now that I see people talking about G2A, my friend that bought from GMG had issues with G2A so I stayed out of it, but the reality is that most of those websites sell from third-parties and the responsibility usually falls on the seller (not the website itself, that is why they offer insurance fees), that might be reason why you see different stories. In my personal opinion i would go for Kinguin since I have used it before. Regarding hrk keys, i have never used it or heard of it.
  2. The house is about 1,500 square feet, 2 floors. I am mostly seeking a powerful one (for the price) around that price range. Do not get me wrong, I'm not looking for miracles, but for good recommendations for the price! PS: AC WiFi is a must! (Dual Band!)
  3. Thank you, all of you make of this forum such an amazing place.
  4. Hello, I have been using the G4560 well for over 6 months now, and now I'm in a better financial shape so I think it's time for an upgrade! I would like to know if you guys have any suggestion regarding CPU upgrade (I'm looking into i5 7500 and i7 7700) and what problems I might encounter while replacing the cpu? What would be good to have or to know before I start swamping them! (Besides Thermal paste, maybe a new copy of windows? how do OEM licenses work? etc?) Thank you before hand!
  5. I wish to gift a decent graphics tablet for my gf, what would you recommend me? She already owns one, a very cheap and small one. (her current one 2048 pressure levels, just so you know) I have been thinking in the Wacom Intuos Pro Medium($299). Any recommendation? PS: I might be in the wrong section.
  6. Well, tbh 1080p 144hz it's really good if you can keep the frames up. 144hz feels really good, you maybe won't notice the 144hz right away, but when you go back to 60hz you will miss a lot the extra refresh rate. I had a 60hz and happily upgraded to a 144hz one. In my opinion Rainbow Six, Overwatch and R League benefit a lot from the higher refresh rate. Now if you desire fancier looks and maybe do some productivity then go ultrawide, I personally do not recommend 4K, since I'm a fan of high refresh rates and 4K 144hz requires too much hardware to maintain. Try out the 144hz monitor, if you do not like it just return it to the store, most of the reputable tech stores offer a 30-day return policy. EDIT: If you are mostly doing content stuff then ultrawide or a higher resolution might be better, ultrawide would be more beneficial for you, regarding productivity. The problem with high refresh rate monitors is that usually, they lack quality color reproduction. If that is important to you stay away from them. +1 to Ultrawide.
  7. 8 GB should be fine. You won't really notice much of a difference unless you multitask. PS: GTA V can use more than 8 GB of ram, but then again, it's pretty playable if the system has a decent CPU and GPU with 8 GB of RAM.
  8. Hi, I’m wondering if you guys know a smartphone that can rival the iPhone 5S Certified Refurbished at the same price point. Right now the iPhone 5S (CR) can be found under $200, is there really any android that can equal perfomance and quality under $200? I do not prefer any brand, or any kind of preference. I would love anything but a Windows phone.
  9. so it was a lie?! I'm not sure, I heard people use it as servers? But I have my doubts regarding memory, I do not think that a SD card can actually handle 24/7 that well?
  10. Let's make an assumption, like I want to live stream something at 1080p using OBS, can Raspberry Pi 3 handle that? e.g. a SNES Gameplay via YouTube using OBS at 1080p ? I NEED TO KNOW!
  11. As my favorite forum I'm forced to ask here. Tell me, which place in the US possess the best starry nights? PS: I'm well aware that desertic locations provide well breathtaking night views.
