  1. I monitored temps when playing as well. All temperatures are completely normal.
  2. I have 200 hours in Elden Ring on PC, and I am completely aware of the rough PC performance. I expect the odd stutter every now and then, but it's still more than playable on my system. However, out of no where yesterday, I started getting complete freezes that last about a second every 30-45 seconds. It drops to under 30FPS. This is something totally new. I get little stutters all the time in this game, but nothing like this. Below are the things I've done to improve performance in the game, and to try to fix this massive freezing issue: Turned off Easy Anti-Cheat. Set GPU power to "prefer maximum performance" in the Nvidia control panel. Turned threaded optimization on in the Nvidia control panel. Set FPS limit to 59FPS in-game. Set the game to "High Performance" in Windows settings. Set Steam to "High performance" in Windows settings. Disabled the Xbox app. Disabled Steam overlay. Reinstalled the game. Verified integrity of game files. Tried windowed borderless & full-screen. Temperatures are all good across the board. What else can I try?
  3. Actually? So I can just buy a EU PS5 game code and it'll work if I'm in the U.S.? That's big.
  4. I haven't had a TV for a long time, but there's so many great console games out now that also take advantage of HDR, and I'd love to see them on a bigger screen than just my computer monitor. If TVs were similar to monitors, I wouldn't feel the need to make a post, but I've been told in the past that TV displays are a bit different. Particularly having to do with refresh rates not always being as advertised, or something to that effect. I'm not sure of the exact size I would want, but I am hoping I can find a solid one at or above 50 inches for under $800-ish. Any recommendations?
  5. Will it let me create an EU account if I live in the U.S.? How does that work? It's been a very long time since I created my PSN account so I can't recall that option.
  6. I hadn't considered this. Perhaps I'll just have to fork over the $70 price tag after all.
  7. Doing a quick skim of the TOS on PlayStation's website using CTRL+F, I wasn't able to find anything mentioning VPNs, IPs, or proxies.
  8. There's a PS5 game I wanna buy that is significantly cheaper on a key website, but it can only be activated in Europe. Can I use a VPN to bypass this? I tried googling for this answer but I couldn't get a clear yes or no.
  9. My mouse pad is a HyperX mouse mat. The feet on my mouse are still stock, but I think they just might be too thin. I just wanna reduce the drag a little bit. It doesn't need to have a crazy fast glide.
  10. But the stock feet are not decent. Like I said, it definitely drags. And more than any new mouse I've ever received in the past. To me it looks like the stock feet are too thin maybe. I don't need feet that will make it super slick. I just wanna reduce the amount of drag I have by a little.
  11. Recently got a Razer Viper Ultimate and I like it so far, but my only complaint is that the stock mouse feet seem to drag a bit. I heard that this can be exacerbated by using it on a thick mousepad, and my mousepad is indeed THICC. So I'd like to get some replacement feet for it that gives it a better and smoother glide. Which should I go with?
  12. I'm gonna give the GPX a shot and if I decide I don't like the shape or something, I may give it a try.
  13. I see that the G Pro X is on sale right now. I'm gonna give that mouse a try, and if I decide I don't like it (maybe I end up disliking the shape), I'll return it and I'll give the G703 a shot. I like the shape of it from what I see in pictures. We'll see.
  14. If this is the case, then I might just have to cough up the money for it.
  15. I've watched a review of this mouse and it seems like a really appealing option (but RIP my wallet). But the person I was watching the review from said that Logitech hasn't mentioned anywhere specifying if the switches were fixed/changed to prevent the double-clicking issue or not. But that review was a while ago. What's the consensus now? Has it been fixed? Also, for anyone else who may come across this, I'm not really competitive FPS player. I you won't really catch me playing games like Valorant or CSGO regularly. Obviously I still want the mouse to be very responsive to a modern standard, but I put more emphasis on comfort, reliability, battery life, etc.
  16. The Viper V2 Pro looks like a really sleek mouse, but after my Mamba has started giving me issues after barely a year of having it, I'm not too crazy about Razer right now. I also kinda dislike their software. The Superlight looks really appealing though. I actually did try the G Pro Wireless for about a week a couple years ago and loved it, but after hearing that it had such a widely known issue such as double-clicking, I got worried and returned it.
  17. So my current mouse is beginning to act a bit wonky just barely a year after using it (Razer Mamba Elite) with a double-click issue and the scroll wheel acting weird. So I was thinking I should finally make the jump to a wireless mouse. I don't know much about wireless mice other than that the Logitech G Pro Wireless seems to be the most popular one. However, I've heard from many people that the G Pro Wireless almost always will develop its own double-clicking issue after a short while of use, so I was hesitant to immediately jump on that one. I decided to ask here and see if anyone had any other suggestions on good wireless mice. Or maybe the G Pro wireless double-click issue is overstated? Or is it an inevitability?
  18. So I've gotten the itch to play some older Pokemon games again, and I had previously played the DS ones on the Desmume emulator. But since then, a lot of improvements have been made to Citra I hear. So for anyone who may know, does Citra offer a better experience than Desmume?
  19. I beat Elden Ring yesterday for the first time, and I killed A LOT of bosses, but considering there are 120 of them (I think) it can be easy to miss a few. With no real way to tell in-game what bosses I may have missed, I was wondering if anyone might know of a mod or some other potential way to see if I'm missing any bosses. I tried searching on Nexus Mods but couldn't find anything relating to this. Is there somewhere else I should look?
  20. I have never played a Kirby game before, but it's been on my list for a while. And with the release of the newest Kirby game, it really has me wanting to dive into the series. However, I don't think I want or need to play EVERY Kirby game that's released. Especially since there are THIRTY SIX of them. So I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the absolute must-plays of the Kirby franchise are?
  21. I'm running through troubleshooting steps with Razer support for a separate issue. They told me to try uninstalling the driver for the mouse and reinstalling it. I uninstalled it in device manager, but now I don't know how to get it to reinstall. I thought it would do it automatically if I restarted my PC or unplugged and plugged it back in, but no dice. And because it's no longer in device manager, it also no longer shows up in Razer Synapse either. I tried googling for the drivers and was brought to Razer's site for an updater, but I only found a firmware updater. I ran the updater and it told me I already had the latest firmware anyway. What else can I try? EDIT: I realized just seconds after posting this that this should've been in the troubleshooting section. If there was an option to delete posts, I would do that and repost over there, but I can't.
  22. I got a gift card to Amazon for Christmas and I would love to buy Elden Ring with it, but when I search it up on Amazon, it's only available for pre-order on Xbox, PS4, and PS5. Will it not become available on Amazon until after launch?
  23. If I'm being honest with you, you lost me a little bit talking about the cache ratio. I didn't even know you could mess with the cache of a CPU after all these years. So moral of the story is that turning off E cores for gaming isn't necessary?
