thats strange during the beta I played a lot and my 2600 was siting at 40% ussage

So recently I've upgraded to a GTX 1070 and my currrent monitor is 1080p@60hz and as my pc can run all of my games at that res with ease I would like to upgrade. Please help me chose a new monitor. My "rules'': -1080p@144hz OR 1440@60 or more -No 4K -Nothing bigger than 24' Max max 25' -bugget up to 280Euros -If its a good deal post it even if it breaks any rule What do you think?? THX
