Make sure you pull the tape adhesive as well, that will prevent the rubber feet to get torn and you can reuse it.

Check your window power profile, change it to High Perf/Balanced. Restore it to default it necessary.  
Check if your CPU are boosting properly, turn on CPU clock speed in MSI OSD. 

Crank up the details, turn on 4x/8x MSAA so your GPU get more utilization and won't drop to lower power state.

Hello, once again people. After moving to a different location, i’ve still not stopped researching about this, but i found out what the cause was. It was related to EMI that’s causing… Desync, mouse input lag and pop ins and a poorly performing pc. I haven’t really found this forum useful due to all the comments saying that it isn’t possible. Imagine all the others that have the same problem and getting no help beside negativity. I’ve found other forums way more positive and understanding.

If that's true show to us the same videos in your first post without pop-ins.

When you want to AFK, reduce all graphic settings to ultra imba low and use lowest resolution, also limit FPS to 30 or lower if possible.
