  1. Been watching him since 2015/2016. From living in his parent's shed, casually playing racing games, to this and much more.
  2. Guild Wars 2, exploring Tyria with your dad would be an awesome experience. Base game is free. You can teleport to all 4 starter maps so you don't need to select the same race as your dad if you don't feel like it. He can be a noble Norn while you can be a filthy Charr.
  3. Owh, my bad. I didn't notice it's already been posted.
  4. I heard you guys like 1st party benchmark numbers. Taken from /r/AMD
  5. My household have been using Manjaro for almost a year now without them realizing. It's for content consuming, some office/school work, printing and Meet/Zoom. I installed it when i upgrade the PC to use SSD. I put windows logo on the start menu and use window-ish splash screen.
  6. Open Device Manager, right click Properties on your GT 730, select Details tab, in the Property box you select Hardware IDs. Use the top hardware IDs iinm..
  7. You can try use the Add Hardware Support feature. Make sure you key in the exact HWID of your GT730.
  8. I bought a Quest 2 early this year and really enjoyed playing some sim racing, that's when I felt the urge to upgrade.
  9. Yes it better but does it good enough to warrant an upgrade? Depend on what game he play, he could get as much as 50% more performance or as low as 20%, or even less because he mentioned his card is overclocked. If you think 20%-40% more performance is good enough for an upgrade for a 5-6 years old card then that's on you, I personally need at least 50%. Not to mention the buggy software.
  10. As a fellow 980 Ti user, I'm aiming for 6700XT/6750XT tier and above.
  11. Try NVCleanstall and see which driver version it detected for your card. https://www.techpowerup.com/nvcleanstall/
  12. Geforce website show it support 473.xx driver.
  13. Not only your CPU is too weak, Windows 11 probably use a chunk of it power by doing nothing. Quad cores should be the minimum for GTA:V imo.
  14. If you don't care about NVENC, DLSS, Cuda/OptiX. Do it. 8GB on 3070/3060 TI was planned obsolescence by Nvidia.
  15. Gsync Compatible is just Freesync Premium with Nvidia branding on it right?
  16. Did you check the shader cache folder i mentioned?
  17. iinm, PG's RTGI shader use ray marching, but he can't use RT cores to accelerate the rays traversal since Reshade is not expose to specific GPU feature like RT cores.
  18. 1. Try switch renderer to Vulkan or DX11. 2. Use MSI Afterburner to limit your FPS. 3. Use driver own FPS limiter.
  19. I wish AMD or Nvidia create something similar to Pascal's RTGI shader but able to utilize RT cores and implement them so you can toggle and adjust the parameters directly from Radeon/GE overlay. It's quite essentials for many games I play where the AO implementation is crap.
  20. How about remove the launch parameter and use the in-game limiter?
  21. I just line it up and push it back in.
