Dying Light 2 is a better game compare to Arkham City imo. Open world, survival, beat em up with crafting. Combat feels nicer as well, unlike Arkham series almost QTE-ish combat. I take Prototype/Prototype 2 any day over Arkham. Skyrim is on the league of it's own, that's why 10 years later we still have a new release of the same game on different consoles. From that list, Skyrim is the only game that makes my mind blown. I think only Elden Ring is similar level to that nowadays. Current list also have more variations compare to 2011 list. Revelation and Arkham is similar genre with similar combat. Bully and Saint Rows also similar genre/style. Nah, Fifa series will always be in Top5/10 in new release especially when it's the same year as World Cup competition like this year.

And no that 2011 list is not the best year in history of gaming.

TL;DR I had similar problem many years ago. Turns out my SSD was the problem even when all diagnostic software show the SSD is all good. I swapped to different SSD and it didn't happen anymore.

Try go into Device Manager and disable your GPU, then complete the update. Also open Task Manager and double check your RAM speed.

From what I've read online, Oculus own streaming app look worse on AMD because it use x264 which is inferior compare to Nvidia but if you buy Virtual Desktop app and use HEVC to stream both will look the same. I myself not a fan of Oculus app, it use more resources compare to Virtual Desktop.

One Finger Death Punch 2- It's a 2 fingers game(or 1 if you're up for a challenge). Each round is fairly short early on but gradually gets longer near the end. Try the Survival Tower mode once you're familiar with the game mechanics. Magicka 1/2 - You're a wizard and have 8 elements(+ 3 subs elements) to conjure so you can create different spells that work best for the enemies in front of you. There's 3 types of magic you can do, 1. projectile/beam/sprays/arc, 2. shield/armor, 3. weapon buff that you can play with. Along the way you'll learn some unique spells that need certain combinations to activate. The game have 4 coop support but totally playable solo. The more player you have, the more havoc it will create because you cannot turn off friendly fire and AOE is a thing. Trine 2 - A puzzle game. You have control for 3 characters that you can switch between them anytime in the game. A thief, a mage and a warrior. Each have their own pros/cons that you need to use to move through each levels.

I've been using Linux for over 10 years starting with Ubuntu Hardy Heron(iinm), then i jumped to lot of distros until I found #CrunchBang and continue to use it until the development slowed down/halted. The switch didn't stay because of gaming support is almost non-existent back then so Linux was more like a backup OS for me in-case Windows shit it self. Then when i heard about DXVK and Proton back in 2019, I give Linux another try. Tried several distros (PopOS!, Fedora, Arch, Manjaro) and ultimately stick with KDE Manjaro because it's rock stable and feel more user friendly for me. For like half a year after the switch I still mostly boot into Windows because some games I play still can't run properly but when Proton and DXVK get better and better each update, I'm found myself gradually booting less into Windows. Now I only boot into windows if i want to play Android game which is very rarely these days. 5. KDE on my desktop. i3 on laptop and office desktop.

His Steam credentials/pc probably compromised. I suggest totally nuke Steam + leftovers and reinstall it.

If you need something like OptiX for work, Nvidia RTX is the only way to go. Else the Radeon wins in those all price points imo. RT for gaming is still not a major consideration for me because the game that offer RT is personally either lackluster in gameplay or in the visual improvement with RT enabled.

For 1080p60, that's good enough/barely passable. You can try hunt RX6600 or RTX 3050 if it 40% cheaper than the former.
