  1. Buying ARC right now is basically paying Intel to be a beta tester. Report this to their software team.
  2. 5700XT is still good for 1440p60 just don't get salty if AMD release a new feature that won't be available on RDNA1.
  3. Just go back to the old days, RTX 3060 SE a.k.a slow edition and put lower price tag than the 12GB but no, that'll be to easy to understand. Nvidia intention here is to confuse the customer with the naming and everyone will blame the user for not doing proper research when they bought the wrong 3060. They not only confuse the customer, they also confuse the retailer with their non-up-to-date shit pricing. Same price as 12GB? Wut They have been doing this for the longest time, much more often than AMD. Anyone remember GTX 560 Ti 448 cores?
  4. I think on newer Zephyrus model (2022) Armoury Crate have this feature that totally turn off the dGPU when you're on battery power. This feature is absent on older model iinm, so the dGPU might not completely go to sleep hence poorer battery life.
  5. Does the price is actually same as the original 12GB 3060? No way that's true.
  6. You can get a new RX6600 for $250 today though. ~50% more performance. I know that that's not 100% more performance but GPU mining and COVID became a thing, those definitely hindered the progress quite a bit.
  7. Other than memory, everything else is the same as 3060 though and 6GB is too low for card of this tier imo.
  8. Andddddddd they just released 3060 8GB. That card probably replacing 2060s performance tier. I heard a GDDR6X variant 3060 Ti is in the making as well.
  9. Give your full spec. 6650XT and 3069 are both 200w GPU, there's plenty more headroom with your 550w.
  10. Search for Color Management in Start Menu and then click Add>Browse, select the ICC profile you just downloaded. Then Set as Default Profile.
  11. Does it generate any dump file? If yes maybe you can upload it?
  12. That was the case for RNDA1 or previous Radeon but RDNA2 have better multi-monitor power saving unless you're running high refresh rate monitors. If that the case Nvidia GPU also will show similar behavior. https://www.techpowerup.com/review/amd-radeon-rx-6800-xt/31.html
  13. Online race? That yellow flag was quite late.
  14. Any Core series from 2nd/3rd gen with at least 4 cores or more is good enough imo. Make sure you're using SSD and have enough RAM, preferably 8GB minimum.
  15. Yes you can use it, surveillance HDD is generally more reliable compare to regular one. I don't know about their performance thought, probably similar.
  16. Download the VMD driver https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/05SATA/DRV_RST_Intel_SZ_TSD_W11_64_V19511040_20221125R.zip Extract and copy folder Driver into your USB pendrive. When Windows installer show no drive detected, click Load and point to the Driver folder.
  17. No you should be able to see the drive even if you formated it in EXT4 or something else.
  18. They still can produce it. They just cannot sell them in Brazil unless they comply with the new law. No?
  19. What is your mainboard model? Probably need to side load NVME driver
  20. Most of the time it stay in the RAM even if it's not needed.
