Skip it, your ethernet driver probably missing. 

Press Shift + F10, that will open Command Prompt. Then type this

press Enter and it will reboot. 
It won't ask you to sign in anymore. 

Usually there's a backup for all each registry hive, are they corrupted too?

Is it possible to change server location like in Steam? 
Maybe you should try flushing your DNS cache or reboot your modem. Sometime it just poor routing to GOG server. 

Finally able to play this game again after recent Proton Experimental fixed the performance issue.

Created this typical arpg spin2win boi and enjoying it so far.

IIRC, the power is limited to 160w in BIOS. You can increase it with MPT.

IIRC, it's called FPC/FFC socket or connector.

If it a legit 280w, even a 4060 should be fine. 

IIRC, Live For Speed and RaceRoom have "decent" clutch feeling. Both game is "free", you can try them yourself. 
Other game is simply linear feel or just almost impossible to stall. 

Also try to get a full set 2nd hand G27, it's usually cheaper.
