92c hotspot is a little bit high. Maybe a repaste can lower it. 

IINM, the card will thermal throttle at 83c or 95c hotspot so you're 'fine'

Bypass it. Open Command Prompt with Shift + F10. Then type

It will reboot and you can skip the network page after that.

Try install the appropriate OEM driver and software.
Look like you're using the default Microsoft driver. 

From my experience, Manjaro is more stable.
