If its a low profile PCI card, there are adapters for it:
(if its full height PCI, you are out off luck)

Try to download Display Driver Uninstaller DDU and reinstall a known version of the Nvidia drivers that worked with your card.

    Why?

I would give it a go with your F6 keypress and see if you still experience the issue. If you do, perform the CMOS reset as people before me have said. Usually this just involves disconnecting the power, taking out the small watch battery from the motherboard, waiting 20-40 seconds and then putting the battery and power back in.

Don't be alarmed if your computer takes a while to start the next time, basically what you've done is reset the motherboards settings to factory default, so it needs to go through and check all the components and take note of whats what and where everything is. However if you do notice it just sits on a black screen for like 5 minutes, perform the process again but wait a little longer than 20-40 seconds.

And re-install the GPU drives, use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to uninstall the existing driver to make sure no remnants are left behind

Try to remove the LED strip in case it is shorting out 12v to the case. If that make the PC post again inspect the LED strip.
Also unplug the PSU and leave it unplugged for 10 sec then plug it back in.

I've solved the problem, the other side panel was the issue  now I need to come up with a permanent solution. Thanks for all the help

I'll assume you didn't know, but the NZXT Hue connects through a sata power port, so disconnecting all the sata stuff would also disable the LEDs.

What... EXACTLY happens when you try to boot up?

Do the fans spin up? Does the computer sound like it's turning on?

Strip the computer down to the bare essentials. Onboard video (remove video card completely), one stick of ram, one Hard drive. Then try to boot.

Did you remember to plug in the 4 pin CPU power connector?

This is why you get the computer to post BEFORE you put it together.

Unplug that, it was probably the issue. A tip for future reference, don't plug in things because they happen to fit. Plug them in because you know that it needs to be plugged in.

Did he plug in his SSD to access the data on it after he installed windows on the 2nd HDD?
If yes, it is very possible that he has a Virus on his SSD.
Try to use an Anti Virus Boot Disk and run a scan!

    dj-lucas reacted to Omie in Mobo for i7 6700k/GTX 1080/Corsair H115i that's not ASUS?
So I ordered an ASUS Z170 Gaming Pro AURA mobo for the i7 6700k, Gtx 1080, and Corsair H115i water cooler.

I have been hearing issues where every person who has an ASUS mobo struggles with a loose backplate on Corsair water coolers. This causes their CPU to heat up due to the CPU block not being able to contact properly because of the looseness. There have also been a lot of issues with xmp profiles not working on ASUS mobos.

So I am looking for another mobo that is around the same price as mine but is not from ASUS and also doesn't have xmp issues.
