yea I do see my self doing more cpu intensive stuff in the future and I already have a cooler to fit it lol its water 3.0 from thermaltake also does dual and quad channel ram have any difference? or like would that set of ram you choose be able to run at quad channel mode if I decide to buy another set?

ok what you got in mind for a nice cpu and ram I know its over kill but kinda feel like I'm future proofing lol if that makes any sense

sorry this is the very first time I ever been on here and didn't know where to go. I do not over clock I run stock settings also it says I can run up to 2400 for ram? is that the highest I can go cause my brother has the 5930k and is running 3000 ram

which one is better? I'm currently upgrading from a AMD 8350 I know both are better then what I have now lol but trying to figure out what's got better performance between these two intel cpus and price wise. also I'm a heavy gamer lol
