Ok, thanks anyway guys. I've just got off the phone with their support team and the guy said he was going to refer it up the ladder and have someone get back to me within 24 hours.

I called Asus last week to RMA my monitor, which started flickering on every input after six months of use. I've just received the replacement and it seems to be stuck in some kind of service or factory mode. As soon as I power on the display, it cycles between white, red, green, blue and black until the power is disconnected at the wall. I've tried the buttons on the monitor, but they just bring up a small dialog box with the firmware number and a load of 0's where the serial number should be. Is there anything I can do to fix this, or will I have to send this one back too?
