So because it is not "internet" it will not count against your data cap. Makes sense, but isn't it prioritizing your own data over others?

Normally I plug the charger into the wall first since I worry about the phone being pulled off the surface it's resting on if I move the charger to the outlet second.

It's not even something I think about, I have no idea if I do it one way or the other
