No I haven't tried to overclock my CPU because I've never known when to start, so I just leave it alone.

My FPS isn't bad but it's not what I should be getting more you know? If I don't find a fix for it i'm just gonna upgrade or take it in. But I won't be able to upgrade for a while so i'm trying to find a fix. It's been like this since I got it but it's gotten to a point where it's just frustrating.

My highest CPU was 60% and the rest didn't pass 40%. Should I still disable TurboCore and APM.

Ok, so I did that and played, but still 30-40% usage. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

Not sure, that's kinda why i'm here lol. It's becoming more and more frustrating.

Wait, I'm not sure how do I use vulkan? I downloaded it but I'm not sure how to play it. (don't play dota)

I've tried using DDU multiple times and I still have the same problem, it's getting very aggravating.

So I tried playing Dota 2 with everything maxed out and got a constant 90 FPS but still with the highest usage still 50% and I don't understand why.

On lower Graphics games yes, but when I try to run rust on it i get around 30 fps with still less than 40% GPU usage

As said in the title my 970 is getting less than 40% usage on everything i play, it's becoming very frustrating to me to have to deal with this. My specs are Cpu: AMD FX-8350 Gpu: Gigabyte G1 970 GTX Mobo: ASRock 970M Pro3 Ram: 8GB DDR3 Ballistix Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you so much.
