Yep I listened to the entire thing. I don't really watch LTT because I want info on the products. I have a casual interest in tech, but I'm really entertained by Linus, Luke and the rest of the team. I got into this when they did the moving blogs. I love that Linus explains the business of being a Youtuber. I love that it's super polished. I love the humor. I think these guys are so much more than an amazon listing. I found all his criticisms to be things that are simply personal preference and disagree on a lot of points. But I don't wanna bag on him. Because he is entitled to his opinions and they entertain some people, so great they can watch that I'll watch and enjoy LTT.

Just the business gets the fine for getting staff to work that day. The workers don't get a fine. But yeah it's odd.

Nah, even though it's a religious holiday the law comes from the labour unions. Years ago there were strong unions and they wanted days where no one had to work. Christmas and Good Friday are the only days left. NZ is very secular but historically Christian.

Yeah essential services are allowed. Basically you just have to argue people need your services. Gas stations for example can open but a retail store can't. Some businesses open anyway but they get hit with a big fine. It's a weird law.

Anyone know if there will be a WAN show? I know here in NZ you're not allowed to work on Good Friday not sure how it works in Canada.

Yeah SpaceX is free of the political drivers that NASA has to deal with. One of the things that has really hurt them is the number of steak holders they have to satisfy.
