  1. found it with the search thanks and the right clic, totally forgot sorry but how it is accessible normally do you know ?
  2. hello everybody, it's been a while l ran into trouble like this. I installed a Sabrent Rocket Q on a very classic PCI-E slot and everything should be fine because it's been detected under win10 by HardwareInfo : strangely though, it's not detected by disk management (these are my usual drives) and since last windows10 update l just can't find "disk management" anymore as l used to do to format new disks
  3. thanks for your insights, l decided to erase the files instead of formatting, problem "solved"
  4. ok, will try that, thanks. if you're right though, won't the formated win7 bootloader forbid win 10 from booting ?
  5. hello all, l am not used to win 10 yet, coming over from win 7 recently (sad) l installed the new win 10 on a NVMe SSD and am now under win 10 trying to format my old SSD with win 7 on it. Except l cant no matter the way l tried seems l somehow lack an access permission, any idea how to help me ?
  6. did you clean the dust out of all coolers ? did you modify CPU voltage ? what is it ?
  7. my PC was going unstable sometimes because of the CPU temperature, so I just delided my 6700K this weekend, OC @4,5Ghz for 1.255v. It was throttling up to 90°C for a few millisecond and had an average 75°C in game now without touching any settings it's around 45°C iddle and 55°C in game. I used liquidmetal on the die and gelid between the CPU and cooler (Lepa AquaChanger 240) I'm very glad. Anyway, I'm quite impressed by the temps you've got, nice cooling !
  8. I know, I can feel the difference with DXO Pro (photo editing)
  9. you may be right, I couldn't stop to compare to my previous i5 6600K that hit 4,8ghz @1.4v, golden chip
  10. yeah i totally agree, 1.42v for 100mhz wouldn't have been an option. I just asked, you know, maybe I missed something and could have reached 4.7 with 1.40 + an option I'd miss but deep down I know I haven't won lottery
  11. Hello dear all. Well, let's start : my 6700K OC is stable (intel tuning stress/ OCCT / prime95 / aida64) @4,6Ghz core 4,4Ghz uncore @1.36v but even @1.42v my CPU does not handle 4.7Ghz core 4.1Ghz uncore (errors failing stress test after 1 minute) did I miss something ? 12. please do, in BIOS AND with any windows fan tool such as NZXT / MSI / ASUS... you may have. example: If I lower my RGB fans below 50% power, fan spins but lights turn off, because it has not enough power. So I used my MSI tool to adjust my fan Power between 50% and 100% regarding CPU temps
