I have a Samsung Galaxy S7, which recently was updated to the newest android version (nougat I'm pretty sure, something like that) and now randomly the counts cuts out, no matter what app I'm using, and is completely rqndom. I've tried restarting and doing whatever I can but nothing works, help please!

It's staticky with the phone speaker, bluetooth, headphones, anything at all. Also, is that first thing a reference to something? I feel bad for not getting it.

Whenever I try to launch CS:GO, it just freezes on the screen that says "Hidden Path Enternainment" and it won't do anything else. Help please!

I am using a be quiet! Pure Rock air cooler and when installing, the palm of my hand hit the pre-applied thermal paste and removed some. Do I need to fix it or is it fine?
