Fractal Design Define R5? NZXT H440? You can easily make a normal case into a silent case just by adding sound dampening material and cranking your fans down

so what should i do in the bios?
Oskarix replied to HeavyFtw's topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
You probably don't need to do anything in the bios -
You should consider getting a chromebook... they are pretty cheap and powerful enough for schoolwork and youtube/netflix... and also if your school is using google for education you get free unlimited storage space

What does the starter pack have that the normal one doesn't have? if it's just a screwdriver and a 2,5 to 3,5 drive adapter then you don't need the starter pack...

Question about LAN surge protection
Oskarix replied to Vishvas Sudarshan's topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
It grounds the connection and protects the port/device from voltage spikes, just like a regular surge protector... -
There is already a yearly payment option on subscriptions... i use it for the floatplane club
