I know this doesn't answer your question, but I would stay away from the powerline, I tried these in my house, which is about 20 years old, and the speed was very slow compaired to what I have now with just a USB wifi card.

I bought the Pixio Px277 a few weeks ago, and that is a great monitor, four less than that benq with better specs(1440p/144hz freesync), the Pixio goes on sale for $350 every few weeks. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIAB714894154&cm_re=pixio_px277-_-9SIAB714894154-_-Product
If you don't feel comfertable with the brand, then you can still get a 1440p 144hz monitor four about $450
Otherwise the benq is a good monitor but VERY expensive for what you get.
 

Thats up to you, I would wait untill it comes out and see if you still think its worth it(I don't think it will flop but you have to be sure), if then, go for it!

One of my cousins buys from newegg and his credit card company lets him do a pricematch.  Most places also price match with microcenter, if you find a place that sells parts.
