Hi, I'm buildimg my first ever gaming Pc and would like some help with the motherboard. This is my part list so far http://pcpartpicker.com/list/FjzmD8 So i jus want to know if the ASUS H110M-A will be good enough considering I have no use for an overclocking board and I don't think I'll ever use SLI/Crossfire. Also my other option was the gigabyte h170 gaming 3, is it really worth it the extra money?

Ok, so if I save the windows money with the OEM key should I use that money for 16 GB of RAM or should I invest ina better motherboard? Cause the newegg reviews are not great for that one. Thanks again.

What I mostly want to know is if there are any improvements that I could make without raising the price too much or if I´m wasting money on things that are not worth it. Thanks.
