    Monitor Choice

Thank you all guys! Ended up buying the Predator XB271HU for $500. I did some research and find that the normal price of the XB271HU in the US is $450-$500 and the X34P is $600-$700 so i did not want to overpay paying $350 more on the X34P. Thank you very much everyone!

Hi guys, i'm torn between two monitors here in my country. The Acer Predator X34P for $845 or the Acer Predator XB271HU for $500. Question is, is the X34P worth $345 more?
  4. Hi guys, currently where i live there's 3 cards i'm interested. Those are they: Sapphire RX 5700 XT Pulse: $515 Powercolor RX 5700 XT Red Devil: $560 GalaxRTX 2070 Super EX 1click oc: $630 Also, amd is giving AAA games with the purchase, nvidia dont. I iam considering the Red Devil, its $45 more than the pulse and $70 less than the most basic 2070s. What you guys think?
  5. Is it better than the 2060 super for 440$?
  6. What do you think compared to the 2060 super too?
  7. Adding another choice: RTX 2060 Super (Windforce): $460
  8. Hi guys, Where i live prices are high, outside US, so i would like to know which one of those cards is the best money wise: RX 5700 (Challenger D): $425 RX 5700 XT (Pulse, Challenger D or Red Dragon): $515 RTX 2070 non super (Gainward dual fan): $510
  9. Hi guys, currently where i live there's a sale on 2 monitors: Alienware AW2518HF for $300 and AW2720HF for $440. Which one you guys think is the best for the price? Aw2518hf: 25", 1080p, TN, 240hz, Freesync, older model Aw2720hf: 27", 1080p, IPS, 240hz, Freesync, newer model
  10. Hi guys, I have an ddr4 kit (2x8gb adata xpg Spectrix D41, sk hynix) that has XMP at 3000mhz cl16-18-18-18-36. I did a lot of tests to oc it and could max it to 3466 stable at 1.45v. 3600 does not work. Even tried ocing the soc to 1.15 that is on auto at 1.040 but it does not work so i keep the soc at auto. The thing is, i could oc the timings a little bit, from xmp timings 16-18-18-18-36 to 16-17-17-17-35. Is there any problem using these timings or i should stay with the xmp timings? Another question is: about the infinity fabric thing. It is on auto that says in my mainboard MCLK = FCLK. Should i keep it on auto or change it manually to 1733?
  11. Thanks guys, i went with the rtx 2070 for $500. Later, appeared a Rtx 2060 super for $450, but i have already bought the 2070. Anyway, still a little better
  12. Hi guys, Where i live, Brazil, prices are high. I need a gpu and the ones i could find with "acceptable"prices are: Gainward RTX 2070: $500 Saphire RX 5700 XT Nitro+: $576 For instace, the prices of the other cards: Rx 5700 XT Evoke or red dragon: $560 Galax Rtx 2060 super: $535 Galax RTX 2070 Super: $660 It seems the best price/performance would be the RTX 2070 for $500, right? Its a basic model with 2 fans and no backplate, but it seems good quality. Also the monitor i have is gsync, so it may favor the nvidia side.
  13. I will be using the asus prime X570-P motherboard
  14. Its the same price as 2.5 sata here. Add a new model to compare, SSD Adata XPG SX8200 Pro 512GB
